5. Construction Design Agreement Meeting

Your Design Consultant will make a time to visit with you to discuss the Construction Design Agreement, drawings and documentation.

What We Do

Set up your FREE software for your Personal Online Portal and upload your plans and documentation.

Present your proposed improvement and concept drawings and plans for approval.
Present your perspective drawings (internal and external)
Present Fixed Price Proposal.
Provide details of all inclusions and exclusions.
If you have become properly prepared to work on your home choices you will get a discount of $500.00 off your custom home Construction Design Agreement and Documents.

What You Do

Look at your plans and drawings.
Consider the price and inclusions.
Ask a lot of questions.
If you are happy with everything sign off on the Construction Drawing Agreement.
