7. Build Contract Signing
Build Contract documentation signing is an important part of the process. If you’re happy with everything, all you need to do is sign the Build Contract.
What We Do
- Make an appointment with you to sign off all your final fixed price Build Contract which includes all terms and conditions.
- Collect the Build Contract Deposit and schedule your Build Slot.
- Submit for permit approvals and all submittals documentation and fees.
What You Do
- Look at your plans and drawings.
- Review the price and inclusions.
- Ask lots of questions.
- If you’re happy with everything, sign off on the Build Contract documentation.
- Submit your Deposit payment.
