This stage of the process is where you fire up your imagination and your worksheets from the American Dream Home course. Our Pre-construction Coordinators will help you choose your colors. Selections, and upgrades.

What We Do

Walk you through your color and selection options in our online portal and in our Prefered Vendor Showrooms.
Review your worksheets for your preferences, choices, and specifications.
Offer help and guidance on the latest trends and “must haves”.
Price any upgrades and Value Engineer to your budget.
Amend your plans and addenda if you have any changes, and supply final versions for your approval.

What You Do

This is the exciting part for you! You visit with our expert Pre-construction Coordinators, visit our Prefered Vendor Showrooms and they will help you pick your colors, Selections, and choose any upgrades. (e.g. Granite countertops instead of laminate.)
