Our dedicated Construction Administrator will visit your home to complete a design measure.
What We Do

- Do a Basic Site Evaluation of your home, land or lot. This service is available for $149.00. We will give you an assessment of buildability, and identify any issues, red flags that need to be addressed, or opportunities to be included in your design for your consideration.
- Measure and photograph your home.
- Perform a comprehensive audit, position of utilities, easements, access points, setbacks. If asbestos may be present, we can arrange for certified testing.
- Prepare a Preliminary Design Agreement and documentation.
